"When I received the service, I explained to the agent that I get paid on the seventh so I need the date to be the seventh. She told me OK never done it instead she send me email and Text harassing me for a payment when I already explained to her that the payment need to be on the seventh instead of her changing the date like I requested in the beginning, she chose to harass me by sending me emails and text, threatening to cancel my service sending me messages and emails telling me that it will cancel on the eighth. It will cancel on the ninth knowing that the policy will actually end on the seventh. I requested full coverage she forced me into giving liability we all know why🤦🏽 but to me the only color she should be worrying about is green!💯"
